I graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Biomedical Engineering and a minor in Chemistry. Throughout my education, I developed a strong background in math and science and learned how important it is to understand the steps behind a problem rather than just memorize an answer. I enjoy helping others learn, solve problems, and gain confidence in their abilities. My goal is for math to feel less overwhelming and more manageable and exciting to learn!

During my time at USF, I was a Chemistry II Peer Leader, where I helped support a group of approximately 10–15 students. This experience taught me that everyone learns differently and that sometimes a concept just needs to be explained in a different way for it to click. It is important to be patient, encouraging, and engaging. I would work through problems with students, explain concepts step by step, and give them opportunities to practice on their own so they can feel more confident in what they are learning.
I want my students to feel comfortable asking questions and never feel embarrassed if they do not understand something right away. My goal is to help them improve their skills, feel more confident in the classroom, and realize that they are capable of succeeding. I would love the opportunity to help students reach their goals and make learning a positive experience!
