With a diverse and accomplished background in business, IT/IS, and project management. I've learned quite a few things in the span of my career. Having an extensive advanced academic background, I love learning.
My educational foundation is extensive, with three master’s degrees (MBA, MSIT, MSMIS). Alongside my degrees, I hold two post-graduate certificates in Health Informatics and IT Leadership/Management, plus a broad array of IT and professional certifications, including ACP, PMP, RMP, COBIT5, CSM, CSPO, ITIL4, LSSYB, TOGAF 9, SAFe5 SA, and SAFe5 SP. Currently, I am pursuing a P.hD., as I have been conducting post-graduate level research within the field of information systems for over a year now.
I also bring valuable teaching experience. I am currently a district substitute for the local county school system. I intitally began studying elementary education during undergrad and had completed extensive volunteer hours, eventually teaching pre-school and after-school students, where I developed skills in creating structured and impactful lesson plans. I later expanded my teaching expertise as an ESL English instructor for non-native English speakers with VIPKid, a role I remain eligible to return to today. Throughout my extensive career in academia and teaching/volunteering, I was quick to note the difference between those who succeeded and those who struggled, was the attitude they brought to learning the subject. The more positive the learning experience, the more positive the results. Education doesn't have to be boring!
