Hello, i'm Jazsman. I'm a Junior at USF completing my Bachelor's in Social Work with a minor in Children's Behavioral Healthcare. I have been tutoring for almost 2 years now, I have helped people from different countries improve their English Language skills! I also have siblings that I tutor as an older sister. I am working on getting a teaching certificate, and I am also taking courses on teaching specific subjects.

I am most confident in teaching Biology, Algebra I and II, Chemistry, Sociology, and Music Theory. My approach involves understanding where the student is at and what they want exactly (if they want tutoring in a specific area of a subject or if they need help with the entire course) and creating a plan with the student to help them achieve their goals. I make use of different media, like videos and real-life examples, to help students fully understand and apply what they are learning. I fully go for an individual approach that centers the needs of each student to maximize their success with the subjects. I am also a great student when it comes to assignments and tests, so even if the student needs help with getting their grades up by working through their assignments with me or having me come up with a practice test for them, I can help in that way as well.

I have mostly worked with high school and college students in the past. My tutoring is generally online as it's the most efficient and easy to schedule for me, but I can do in-person sessions to meet your needs. I also do mostly one-on-on tutoring, but wouldn't mind tutoring a small group.
