Hello! My name is Prasanth, and I’m currently a fourth-year medical student. I’ve been tutoring for many years now, starting in high school as a volunteer. I continued tutoring during my undergraduate studies, where I also served as a teaching assistant for several courses. I graduated with a double major in Biomedical Sciences and Psychology.

During my medical school years, I continued to tutor several classes and also began tutoring online. Over the past three years, I’ve worked primarily with students in geometry and algebra, and I’ve achieved great results for them. I can help students become stronger and turn around weaker ones by breaking down complex information into more understandable parts that promote long-term retention. Some of my students have continued to work with me throughout their middle and high school years, which has been a truly rewarding experience.

My tutoring approach is to break down complex concepts into smaller, more manageable parts. I find it incredibly rewarding to see students experience that “a-ha” moment when they finally understand a difficult concept. I believe that every child can learn math and science if they’re taught in a way that sparks their curiosity and helps them make connections between different concepts. My focus is not just on improving grades, but also on ensuring that students truly understand the material for better long-term success on standardized tests like the ACT and SAT.
