I am a certified high school chemistry teacher with 10+ years of experience teaching and tutoring in the subjects of physical science, high school chem 1, 2, 3, IB chemistry, and college Chem 1. I feel comfortable helping IB students navigate the formidable IA process for chemistry students in their junior and senior year. I have a bachelors of science degree with coursework in chemistry and biology and a masters degree in business. I use the same approach tutoring that I use in the classroom to achieve maximum results. It is an "I do, we do, you do" model to ensure that students truly grasp the concepts one step at a time. Since I am still teaching, chemistry I currently practice my skill set daily. I will also be prepared to provide original study materials including powerpoint presentations, games, and practice work problems.

I have taught middle school aged students through juniors in undergrad programs in the classroom setting, large group, small group, and one-one in both teaching and tutoring sessions. I currently tutor at my school and online. I love chemistry and math, and hope to inspire students to enjoy chemistry, even though it is a tough subject.
