I am a certified educator with a Bachelor's degree in Special Education and a Master of Science in Psychology. I also have specialized training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), behavior intervention, and evidence-based instructional practices. My education and experience have equipped me to support students with diverse learning needs while helping them build confidence and achieve academic success.

I have over 10 years of experience working with elementary, middle, and high school students in both general and special education settings. I have served as a Special Education Teacher, Intervention Specialist, and Behavior Specialist, providing individualized instruction, implementing academic and behavioral interventions, tracking student progress through data collection, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams.

In addition to classroom teaching, I have provided one-on-one and small-group instruction in reading, writing, math, study skills, executive functioning, homework support, and standardized test preparation. I assess each student's strengths and areas for growth, then develop personalized lessons that match their learning style and goals while monitoring progress and adjusting instruction as needed.

My teaching style is patient, engaging, and student-centered. I use evidence-based strategies such as explicit instruction, differentiated learning, scaffolding, positive reinforcement, and multisensory techniques to help students master new skills and become more confident, independent learners.

My goal is not only to improve grades but also to strengthen critical thinking, organization, and lifelong learning skills. I am passionate about helping every student reach their full potential by providing individualized, high-quality instruction in a supportive and encouraging environment.
