I have Masters degrees from the University of Maryland and Bloomsburg University and a Bachelor's in Elementary Education. I have taught elementary, middle and high school for the Department of Defense Schools. I just retired from overseas teaching this past June. I have taught military children in Germany, Cuba, Okinawa, Japan and Korea. I have also taught most grade levels and various subjects. I have taught Navaho children in New Mexico.

I enjoy teaching and seeing the "light go on" in children's eyes when they understand and "get it." Tutoring and the one on one situation is the best way to impart knowledge. Not all students learn the same way, so it's important to use a variety of methods so each child will have the ability to learn.
