For starters, I struggled hetting my video to work. Dianna wasn't concerned. She was able to help me woth several QB issues I had. Her guidance is clear and straightforward. She left me with "homework " to complete. I'm enthused about lession #2

Very Knowledgeable, Very Patient!
Diana is helping me navigate through Quickbooks online and was very patient! I tend to be "click happy" and she didn't seem to get frustrated when I'd click on something I shouldn't or when I thought I knew where she was going and I was wrong. She is helping me go through some books to get them cleaned up and there is ALOT to go through! Can't wait for our next lesson!

Dianna was great! She is super knowledgeable but doesn’t overpower an inexperienced quickbooks user like myself. She shares best practices and helps walk you through things at a really solid pace.
