St. Petersburg Chess Champion

Beard B.

I have been studying chess and music my entire life. I'm extremely passionate about teaching. After several chess lessons, I can have any student winning tournaments. I am also a very good guitar player and I can teach any student how to play their favorite songs. Being good at chess and music is very rewarding and I encourage everyone to learn these things.

I will show students how fun chess can be when you beat people with nothing but one's own brain power and calculation. Learning chess will teach a person quite a bit about life. I will personally be taking my chess students out to tournaments and coaching them the entire time. We will have a lot of fun winning!

I am very proficient at playing guitar. I know a lot about music theory. I have played in multiple bands since high school. I have toured the country three times with a band. For my most recent tour my band was the opener for Sublime with Rome and we played with a lot of popular bands all across the country.

I have studied chess books ever since I learned to play as a young child. I am the 2017 St. Petersburg Chess Champion. I have won first place in multiple big tournaments. I have placed top 3 in over 100 tournaments. I have played blitz in the parks of New York and Atlanta. I can teach anyone to be a great chess player. I have a comprehensive lesson plan based on my own 10 chess commandments that I came up with myself using everything I've learned.

I am a very happy and outgoing guy. I'm easy to talk to and get ahold of. My students progress is my highest concern. I will make sure my students are having fun and getting better very quickly.
