I have extensive experience working in financial services and have held my 7/65/63. Currently, I work for a major financial institution in compliance, but also practiced securities and corporate law at a major law firm and as worked as in-house counsel. I am barred in PA/NY/FL. I passed all three exams on the first try. Lastly, I can help you as I helped other students pass their exams using Wyzant as my business partner.

Strategy for Success

I graduated law school magna cum laude. My success in law school and in the professional workplace is attributed to being prepared. It is imperative to have a set schedule and stick to that schedule. In the past, I have helped students prepare for exams by breaking down the question, understanding the concept, and picking the correct answer. As your tutor I will help you prepare for the test, not only with the content, but also help you develop the discipline and endurance you need. It is not a sprint, but a marathon.

Dana, was a great tutor! She was knowledgeable and patient. I signed up to take the exam two weeks after the birth of my first child and after expressing the urgency of my situation, Dana opened her schedule and worked with me nearly everyday leading up to my exam.
