I have extensive experience working in financial services and have held my 7/65/63. Currently, I work for a major financial institution in compliance, but also practiced securities and corporate law at a major law firm and as worked as in-house counsel. I am barred in PA/NY/FL. I passed all three exams on the first try. Lastly, I can help you as I helped other students pass their exams using Wyzant as my business partner.

Strategy for Success

I graduated law school magna cum laude. My success in law school and in the professional workplace is attributed to being prepared. It is imperative to have a set schedule and stick to that schedule. In the past, I have helped students prepare for exams by breaking down the question, understanding the concept, and picking the correct answer. As your tutor I will help you prepare for the test, not only with the content, but also help you develop the discipline and endurance you need. It is not a sprint, but a marathon.

Dana has helped me successful pass the SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 exams. The Series 7 Exam was one of the hardest exams I’ve ever taken and took me multiple attempts. Dana helped calm my nerves and helped me focus on achieving a passing result. She made sure I was ready for this attempt and went over everything I needed assistance with.
