I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Fordham University and have spent years supporting young people as a school social worker within the NYC Department of Education. My work has focused on helping students with ADHD, learning differences, and executive functioning challenges build the tools they need to succeed both academically and emotionally. I bring a deep understanding of IEPs, special education advocacy, and social-emotional learning into every session, helping students feel seen, supported, and empowered.
My approach is strengths-based, trauma-informed, and highly individualized. I’ve worked with children and teens in classroom settings, one-on-one, and in small groups—helping them improve focus, manage time, stay organized, and develop confidence in their unique learning styles. I also bring a creative lens to my work, particularly in the area of writing. I help students find their voice through storytelling, journaling, and expressive language—especially those who struggle with self-expression or motivation in traditional academic settings.
What sets me apart is my ability to build authentic connections with young people. I meet students where they are, offer consistent structure and encouragement, and celebrate their progress along the way. Whether we’re building executive functioning skills, managing school anxiety, or unlocking creative expression, I’m here to support the whole child—not just their academic performance. I believe that with the right tools, support, and self-belief, every young person can thrive.
