I'm Rosa Gabriela V., but people call me "Gaby". I born in Caracas, Venezuela in 1976 and always have a passion for communications, language and culture. During all my travel along South and North America I had the chance to interact with different cultures and to learn from all of them. After I obtained my Bachelor in Computer Engineer and Master in Business Management I was lucky to be hire to work with the largest Telecommunication company in Venezuela. During my 20+ years career in the Telecommunication Industry I occupied multiple roles that directly interacted with the professional and executive company workforce. Over the last 5 years I had been tutoring Spanish-English language skills to company executives and their families (to include children) to prepare them to their overseas assignments.
I'm now relocated to Virginia, USA., and am excited to be able to share all my experience and skills to fit my student needs. The Spanish tongue is very rich and interesting language to learn if you can relate with the culture. I'm a big supporter that a new language can't be learn just reading or going to multiple self-learning levels. There is nothing more important to have fun when learning. Understanding the culture, the people and the experiences is the key to motivate the students to learn a new language and how can be use it in daily basis.
The most rewarding experience of being a language tutor is to see my students have fun while learning and to hear their stories after they travel or apply in school or in their jobs the new Spanish skills! ... my student success is my success!
I'm a Computer Engineer and have my master on Business Management. I had been teaching English and Spanish for over 5+ years to different skills and age levels. I was introduced to teach languages as part of my duties as a Communication Manager the biggest Telecommunication companies in Venezuela. I helped executives and their families to overcome with the language barrier challenges.
I'm passionate to share my knowled
