This is my teaching philosophy:
Teaching is an art and not every teacher is an artist. I believe everyone can to math, they just need the confidence. I teach my students so that they feel confident and can say, “I can do this”.
Each day I go with an open mind, a positive attitude, and high expectations to the classroom. I believe that I owe it to my students, as well as the community, to bring consistency, diligence, and warmth to my job in the hope that I can ultimately inspire and encourage such traits in the children as well.
All students are individuals, and everyone learns in their own unique way. I use different ways to solve problems to make sure that no one is left behind.
