Patient and Friendly Spanish/English as a Second Language Tutor

I am a patient, understanding and positive person and I like to help my students succeed. I have many years of experience tutoring and teaching English and Spanish to children, teenagers, and adults, at different levels, in a classroom or one on one. I always try to incorporate engaging activities in my classes so students learn and have fun at the same time.

About me: Spanish is my native language. Growing up I wanted to be an interpreter and attended L'Alliance Francaise, and the Instituto Cultural Dominico-Americano, in Santo Domingo, D.R., and Tulane University in New Orleans, LA. Later I got into language translation at Universidad Apec, and teaching English and Spanish as second languages.

I am available any day of the week. I prefer to hold the tutoring sessions at Central Brevard Library. For the first class I like to allot some extra time to get to know the student a little bit, assess the language level, and establish a good foundation for future lessons.
