After college, I worked in the financial services industry as an Associate Equity Analyst and Internal Auditor for T. Rowe Price and Franklin Templeton Investments. Over the last 15 years I have spent my time working in the Hospitality, Gaming, and Entertainment industries developing my skills in accounting and finance. I have extensive experience in financial reporting, monthly close process, financial analyst, investment valuation, and mergers and acquisitions. I have personally led the due diligence, capital raising, and integration process for 11 acquisitions valued over $1.0 Billion dollars.
My teaching style is based on the basics, since a strong foundation is especially important in accounting as everything builds off itself. Everything is a debit or a credit at the end of the day and Assets = Liabilities plus Equity.
I charge a late fee for all no-shows to confirmed lessons scheduled in Wyzant equal to the total of the lesson that was canceled or no-showed. This fee is waived if the student sends a written notification in Wyzant within 24 hours of the scheduled start time and attempts to reschedule the lesson.
