I have years of Algebra tutoring experience, and I recently joined Wyzant. I love Algebra and the associated thinking on finding solutions. I have the ability to help the student see the reasoning and understand Algebra, to learn and enjoy it. My tutoring is based on the “Art of Problem Solving” books, but I am also available to work with any other textbooks. We plan to go over existing problems and help clarify any mistakes. We will solve any challenging problems and prepare for chapter quizzes and tests. If needed, we could also look ahead into new chapter problems. My college tutoring is based on the "Calculus: Early Transcendental Functions" book, as well as my experience with Calculus I, II, II Advanced, III and other Math courses.
