I have been tutoring for 8 years in math and science. I love tutoring and helping students reach their goals and have experience tutoring students from age 5-30+.
My approach to tutoring is to outline the goals of the student either from session to session or long term goals then break them down to make them seem more real. To motivate students who get stuck I approach the material various ways so they can see that there are multiple methods and if one confuses them they can rely on another.
