I have spent over 10 years tutoring people of all ages in math and language arts. I have tutored adults in College Algebra and high schoolers in Algebra I. I have also taught math, science, language arts, and social studies in the Elementary and Middle Grades.

I want to be a resource available to help you or your child achieve success, especially during this difficult time of coping with the COVID-19 crisis. My math students between the years 2013 and 2017 made some of the highest testing gains in the State of Florida. I always look to see where my students' mathematical strengths and weaknesses are and meet them accordingly.

I have helped high schoolers pass Algebra I. I have helped 6th Graders raise their test scores two levels. Most importantly, I adapt to individual needs, including those who need to be challenged more.

My bachelor's degree is in English Language and Literature. I have a great love for poetry and novels. My favorite authors are Fyodor Dostoevsky, William Blake, JRR Tolkien and J Michael Straczynski (on his run of Spider-Man, at least).

I also have spent a good deal of time proofreading essays and correcting essays that I know what scorers are looking for in a piece of writing and how to help you generate that writing.
