I appreciate that she has also been pretty flexible with her schedule with me since I can not always meet at the same times or days. My Portuguese has improved so much since taking lessons with her. I will sometimes slip and speak to her in English and she will always remind me to speak in Portuguese. We always communicate in Portuguese via text and she has daily tweets with Portuguese vocab words to study. I would suggest using her if you are looking to learn Portuguese.

For most of the lesson, she spoke Portuguese to me and I replied in Spanish, then she would teach me what to say in Portuguese which is the easiest way for me to learn. (Spanish is much easier to translate to Portuguese than English to Portuguese) It’s great to have a tutor that will craft your learning plan around your specific needs. She is great at explaining things, and is very patient and kind. I recommend her if you want to study Portuguese. Obrigada, Waleska!
