I worked 18 years at an aerospace company teaching and implementing Lean and Six Sigma, and I have been an independent consultant working with clients in automotive, healthcare, logistics and many other industries since 2017. I have also taught Lean and Sux Sigma classes for continuing education at Portland State and UC-San Diego.
While at the aerospace company, I taught a Six Sigma Green Belt and Quality Engineer exam prep course for employees looking to get their ASQ certification, and had a great pass rate for those that took the exam. Since going on my own, I continue to help people prepare and study for certification exams.
I have a bachelors degree in Statistics, and masters degree in Quality Management and Productivity, a certificate in Sustainability and I'm certified as a Lean Master and Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
