Very helpful, friendly, and patient tutor!

June-sensei has provided me a very flexible, adaptable way of learning Japanese that helps me make the progress I was yearning for. Her solid grasp on both English and Japanese makes it very easy to understand her and communicate. I am also certain she has all the knowledge and care to assist beginners along their journey and bolster their confidence in the language. Learning from her has always been a very pleasant experience.

Prepared for my trip to Japan!

June is a spectacular teacher! She is patient, can explain things in many ways, and is kind. She has a really great way of teaching where the material really sticks. She covered everything I was going to need in Japan and even asked questions that would allow our sessions to develop. She is wonderful when it comes to guiding the lessons and covering other topics and questions that come up during your time with her. I feel way more prepared for my trip than I expected I would be. I couldn't have done it without June!

Knowledgeable and Patient Tutor

I took my first lesson with June and I am more than satisfied with the quality of the lesson. I am a 22 year old college student. June has put me on a fast pace track due to a Study Abroad that I am doing. I feel like I have learned so much so far. When I started, I knew very little. In a short time I can now greet people, order food, and answer various questions. Along with that, June has walked me through multiple grammatical concepts that allow me to understand the language. I would also like to mention that I have tried many online resources. There is no online resource better than a real teacher! I feel confident by the time I land in Japan I won’t have to worry about the language barrier.

Wonderful tutor

June helped my son to feel more confident in speaking Japanese. She helped his speech to become more natural and effortless (less like a robot and more like a native speaker). She helped him learn how to order food, introduce himself and ask/answer basic questions. She was a wonderful tutor!
