Two months ago, my husband failed an interview for American citizenship in two parts. Firstly, on the written test, and secondly, on the understanding of English. We had only 2 months to improve his English and to prepare for the second interview. We were very lucky to meet with Rose Romero. It was a great success to find such a great really caring teacher. Rose turned out to be a professional of the highest level and a very pleasant person to communicate with. Mike worked with Rose 3 times a week for 2 months. Each lesson lasted for 1 hour. Rose gave Mike homework, which he prepared for each lesson. In addition, he studied English every day and night for 6-8 hours because this was Mike's last chance. As a result of our great joint work with Rose, on July 27 of this year, Mike successfully passed his second interview for American citizenship. Rose and Mike worked out in detail most of the vocabulary, grammar, questions and definitions to be ready for the second interview. Moreover, very important outcome is that Rose helped Mike to focus on his interview skills but also to improve his confidence level in communication in English. Thank you so much, Rose, for your help in preparing for the interview. Mike wouldn't have been able to pass it without you. We strongly recommend anyone who needs help with mastering English and be ready for the US citizenship interview to work with a real professional and expert Rose Romero.

Great Spanish Tutor!
My teenage daughter was looking for a Spanish tutor to teach her beginning Spanish and she couldn’t be happier to have found Rose. Rose is very friendly, kind, and well-prepared to work with my daughter. In addition, Rose provides great materials for my daughter to practice at home, which helps reinforce what she learns in sessions. Rose is a wonderful teacher, I strongly recommend her.

Hello Rose, sorry I missed review but we are busy home and baby. I want to tell you thank you very much for being an amazing teacher! She is very kind and amazing I was her student practicing for citizens English sentence writing test every day for 1 weeks, 2 hours a day. To be honest, Rose made me practice writing it repeatedly every day and that made my brain remember everything! Good news: I passed to become a U.S. citizen May 13 because May 11 is my birthday and Mother’s Day for perfect gifts to me ! my family will celebrate. Thank you very much again Rose. Rose is helping me with the U.S. citizenship test for permanent residency. Rose makes me feel comfortable, capable and confident about the exam. In addition to reinforcing memory techniques, she has helped me build a deeper appreciation of the test subjects by diving into the history and background that led to the U.S. Constitution and its continued development.

We had came to Wyzant to find a tutor to assist with US Citizenship prep for the N400 interview. We were very pleased to find lots of highly qualified tutors to choose from. We personally chose Rose R based on previews reviews, the amount of reviews and fast response time (all things that are very important to us. Messaged Rose on a Saturday evening, later at night around 9-10pm and had a response within minutes! HUGE! Was not expecting to get a response until sometime Sunday given it was the weekend and late. Rose confirmed what we were trying to accomplish and provided times to meet. We ended up meeting that following Monday and was money well spent. She is very knowledgeable, has a ton of experience with unique cases and backgrounds. Even after our call was kind enough to send over prep materials and just wanted to have peace of mind that we were prepped and felt comfortable. Just going through a mock interview with her was invaluable and chat through all the possibilities that could come up. She is extremely genuine and just wants the absolute best for her clients.

Excellent pathway to citizenship tutor!
My lesson with Rose R. was extremely helpful. She helped with Speaking and Listening portions of the citizenship test. I had several trips outside of the USA, and Rose helped me to explain the reason for my trips in a confident manner.
