I am an enthusiastic and experienced CPA and university accounting and business teacher (over 20 years) and have worked one-on-one with students every week of those 20 years! I enjoy the one-on-one experience, especially at the moment a student "gets" it! It's really rewarding to me!

A phenomenal tutor--- the best I have ever had!
Lisa is the best tutor that I have ever had. This semester, I was enrolled in an introductory accounting course and had little to no knowledge before the first day of class. Lisa was attentive, engaged, and determined to help me succeed. She helped me with anything and made a profound difference. Not only was she helpful with various assignments and exam preparation, but her way of explaining difficult concepts was next-level. She helped me make significant improvements in my exam scores between midterms and the final. I simply could not have done the course without her. She is just so lovely to work with, eager to find additional and alternative study methods and strategies, and willing to work for hours on end answering questions and making practice questions. I can't say anything other than that you should hire her!!!

Lisa P and I met twice before an upcoming test in my undergraduate Auditing class. She is very patient and has years of experience as an auditor, instructor, and audit tutor. We reviewed questions about revenue recognition, cycles, management assertions, flow of transactions, journal entries and how misstatements can cause account balances to be over or understated. We reviewed end-of chapter multiple choice, and review discussion questions. My work with Lisa has given me a greater understanding of the material and a more confidence in handling critical thinking types of questions. If I need further tutoring, I would call on Lisa again.

Exceptional Tutor: Clear Visualization and Detailed Explanations!!!
In one week, Lisa took me from utterly lost in my graduate Financial Accounting class to understanding how to create a SCF from the info in the B/S and Supplemental notes.
