I have a BS in Biology with a minor in chemistry. I received my Master's in Education followed by a CAS in School Building/District Leadership and Administrative studies. I have also completed all my Ed.D credits in Instructional Leadership with a concentration in Curriculum and Instruction. My last employment I was a supervisor who coached and evaluated many teachers. I also lead county wide science curriculum initiatives in NYS.

I started off teaching biology and chemistry when I graduated college at the age of 22. After completing my masters degree I continued teaching high school but also started as an adjunct professor at a college teaching in the biology and chemistry departments. I have over 10 years of education experience as a teacher and then administrator. My administrative experience dives into the coaching and evaluation of teachers as well as lead county-wide professional development in science curriculum, development, and instruction.
