I have extensive experience using Microsoft Project to manage large-scale program schedules, including projects with 35,000+ lines, integrating resources, dependencies, and risk management to ensure successful program execution. My expertise also spans Excel, systems engineering, business operations, and project management, allowing me to break down complex technical and business challenges into clear, actionable plans.
