I am an experienced tutor working with students of all ages, K - college, in many subjects.

I am a graduate of MIT, Harvard, and Yale, and am currently working on my dissertation at Yale while living with my parents in Tarpon Springs (just near East Lake High School - I am a class of 2000 ELHS grad).

I am a former MIT alumni interviewer for high school students applying to MIT and am trained in college application prep strategies for essays and interviews. At Yale, I have several years of experience working as a Graduate Writing Fellow and tutoring fellow graduate students in improving their writing in dissertation chapters, grant applications, and applications to further graduate and PhD level programs.

I also have particular experience working with students from other countries and helping them improve their writing and communication skills. I have also worked as a visiting professor at the undergraduate level in 2009-2010 and as a teaching fellow for multiple undergraduate and graduate level courses at Harvard and Yale.

I have always loved and excelled in math; growing up, my dad was a math teacher.

I am happy to discuss your specific challenges or goals and help design a strategy that will help you or your child reach your goals.

Tutoring appointments can happen in my home or in a local public place such as a library, etc.
