Catherine provided instruction beyond my expectations. My daughter is entering high school and is studying Spanish for the first time, after being a student of Chinese for six years. The goal for the tutoring was to have her ready for Spanish 1 as over 95% of the students have prior Spanish language experience. Catherine requested the syllabus, textbook used by the high school, and initial expectations of the high school teacher. In four weeks, Catherine taught my daughter the basics of the alphabet, colors, numbers, beginning vocabulary, and regular as well as irregular verb conjugation. But more impressively, she challenged my daughter to write paragraphs as well as hold conversations in Spanish. This was accomplished with tutoring by Catherine and the daily homework which used multiple resources and modalities assigned by Catherine. School starts in one week and I know my daughter will be fully prepared for Spanish 1 secondary to Catherine. It Is hard to find a tutor as amazing as Catherine and I highly recommend her. You have found the needle in the haystack.

Catherine is an outstanding Tutor. She is very patient and kind through the challenging process of adult learning! My desire to learn a language came later in life. Catherine is awesome! I have been with her since September and I used to takes classes at a school and am so happy I moved to a private tutor. As they say you get what you pay for! Mrs Catherine is such a fast communicator ( wayyyy better than me haha ), kind, patient, and organized. Everything you need for your child's tutor. I cannot wait until this summer when her availabilty clears up a bit so my 6 year old can study under her full time. :)
