A great attribute of a tutor or teacher is one who possesses a good understanding of the subject they teach. I'm a beginner at Power Point and Madeline was thorough and guided me through the instruction with ease and patience. Madeline helped me edit a Word document over the weekend. I was given a great Word document by another professional to use as a template. I didn't understand the many features inside of Word - and was also unable to integrate Microsoft Excel with Word. Maddie knew exactly how to accomplish everything I needed to accomplish. She was extremely thorough and even created videos for me to save - so I could refer back to her instructions for certain tax. It gives me such confidence to accept new challenges at work - knowing I have someone like Maddie to guide me through the tricky parts.
