Hi! My name's Jason Rosette. I'm an award winning, creative and versatile communications educator and multimedia producer with 25 + years experience in a wide range of edutainment, entertainment, and educational projects. I also work consistently as a public speaking and presentation skills consultant and coach, with a combined background in talent direction and CELTA qualified EFL/ESL teaching experience. I can offer 3000+ hours of face to face teaching experience in a diverse range of learning environments, including several years in ASEAN-APAC (Asia). My English language based subject specialty areas include presentation skills, accent reduction and pronunciation, vocal delivery & voice over, and related areas.

I am a graduate of New York University Film School (BFA Film & TV - Trustee Scholar). Since graduating over 15 years ago, I have produced and directed an award winning feature documentary ('BookWars' - Terrific / LA Times), a feature scripted drama ('Lost in New Mexico' - Recommended / Library Journal), a supernatural historical Asian drama ('Freedom Deal') and numerous medium length films and videos, web videos, PSAs, and more. In terms of equipment: I've shot and edited on film and digital, preferring currently to use Premier Pro and FCP. I also am proficient with lighting, sound design, and many other areas of the production process. As a director of talent, I've worked as an actor as well on stage and on-camera, and I'm fully familiar with most acting Methods (Meisner, Strasborg, Grotowski, and others). Finally, I'm a member of SAG-AFTRA and ASCAP.

I'm a Cambridge CELTA qualified presentation skills and speaking voice coach with a background in broadcast media and voice over production (BFA, Film & TV, New York University), and an MA in International Development Studies. As an award winning filmmaker and media producer with a New York voice and stage performer background, I effectively apply directorial and talent coaching skills to dissolve physical and emotional barriers and blocks in your role as a presenter and public speaker. In addition to online public speaking tutoring, I've taught at a number of universities in the USA and ASEAN, including Parsons School of Design/New School in New York City, Srinakharinwirot University in Bangkok, Limkokwing University of Creative Technology, the American Center/U.S. Embassy in Yangon, Puthisastra University in Phnom Penh, Build Bright University in Siem Reap, and others.

I am an award winning filmmaker and video producer, and NYU Film school graduate My first feature, an award-winning documentary called 'BookWars', was made on a micro budget, but went on to gross nearly a million dollars in sales worldwide and is still going. My second feature, 'Lost in New Mexico', helped pioneer the red-hot New Mexico production scene back in the early 2000's. Since then, I've made numerous promo videos, documentaries, 360 videos, and content for social media marketing and more. Finally: I wrote and directed all these projects and more, so I can offer a well-rounded, complete skill set for any aspiring media producer. All the Best!
