Hello! I am a Pediatric Occupational Therapist and Practice Owner with over 25 years of experience. I love mentoring and teaching students en-route to the therapy professions and new graduates of therapy programs. I am eager and available to occupational therapy (OT), occupational therapy assistance (OTA), physical therapy (PT) and physical therapy assistant (PTA) students.

I earned my Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida in 1996 and earned a Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Eastern Kentucky University in 1999. I have over 25 years clinical experience working with children in multiple settings including home health, daycares, preschools, public school system, private practice and center-based programs. I am a mom of 4 children and a local business owner for 19+ years. I own and operate Achieve Pediatric Therapy in Orlando, FL. Our practice practice provides OT, PT, ST, ABA and Music Therapy services to children ages birth to 21 years. We serve children with a variety of needs and diagnoses including Autism Spectrum disorder, Down Syndrome, ADHD, developmental delays, Sensory Processing disorder, and more

While I'm new to online tutoring, I've been mentoring and teaching students who come through our practice for observations,fieldwork education and internships for years. I have expertise in child development, fine motor skills, sensory processing, autism spectrum disorders, developmental disabilities, therapist training mentorship, practice management, interviewing and hiring strategies.
