I am fully certified in Elementary Education in the state of Florida and hold an ESOL endorsement. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of teaching students in grades K-5 across all core subjects, including reading, math, science, and social studies. Additionally, I have taught 6th-grade math, where I have successfully helped students develop foundational skills that they can build on as they progress.
I am also fully bilingual and have experience teaching math and science in Spanish within a two-way dual language program, which has allowed me to support students from diverse backgrounds. Most of my teaching experience has been in a classroom setting, where I worked with students in small groups and on a one-on-one basis. In addition to my classroom work, I have provided virtual tutoring, and I currently serve as the Math Coach in a virtual school environment. I am passionate about helping students develop a love for math and ensuring they have the skills and confidence to succeed academically.
