Hello, my name is Sheamus Gunning and I am an educator for Orlando Florida. My education journey started at the YMCA as a summer camp counselor then proceeded to work in their childcare facility. From there, I moved onto specialty needs pediatric care for one year, learning about physical and behavioral therapy from a large group of extremely experienced therapist. Soon after that I worked at a special needs elementary school for five years, working with a very wide range of exceptionality in a classroom ranging from grade one through four. I am currently on my fourth year teaching for Orange County Public schools, the ninth largest county in the country. Education is my life and I have a passion for helping those in need!
Outside of education, I love being active outside and in the gym. When I’m not at the gym, I am definitely playing video games. when I’m not playing video games, I am definitely with my wife whom I love very much!
