I have earned my Ph.D. from the University of Florida (2008), Specialist in Education from the University of Florida (2002), Masters from SUNY Potsdam (1990), and My Bachelor of Arts from SUNY Potsdam (1986) in Mathematics. I hold a Active Teaching Certificate for Mathematics.
I have been teaching for 39-years. I teach Calculus AB and Calculus BC at Boone High School in Orlando, FL, and I teach Calculus III and College Algebra at Valencia College in Orlando FL. I am also a table-leader for the College Board AP Calculus Readings each year.
I have Taught over 250 students per year: Calculus III, Calculus II, Calculus I, Business Calculus, Advanced Placement Calculus AB & BC, Precalculus, College Trigonometry, College Algebra, Algebra II, Geometry, and Algebra I.
I have coached and tutored a career total of over 2750 passing student scores on AP Calculus Exams by training students in rigorous curriculum of Calculus.
I teach in a face-to-face classroom setting, or a real-time virtual classroom setting, and provide small group or one-on-one tutoring to students. My students range in age from high school (approx 15 years old) to adults.
