Hi! My name is Justin and I have scored a 180 (99.9th percentile) on the official LSAT after I spent approximately six months self-studying. I began with a 155 diagnostic score which I was able to improve by a combination of question drilling and in-depth analysis of different question types. I am also familiar with most of the popular books that cover the LSAT, and as a tutor I have strived to synthesize the most valuable information from a wide range of resources into what I teach to students. As your tutor, my goal is to help you achieve—or even surpass—your goal score. I firmly believe that with the right combination of time, effort, and personalized instruction, anyone can reach their LSAT goal.

I bring teaching experience from my time as a Teaching Assistant during my undergraduate program, where I discovered my passion for helping students succeed in an academic setting. As a 180 scorer, I have an in-depth understanding of the LSAT and enjoy breaking down strategies, formal logic, and test mechanics in ways that are clear and actionable for my students.

My tutoring style for Logical Reasoning typically involves an emphasis on argument analysis and conclusion-driven strategies. The LSAT is designed to test your ability to critically evaluate a stimulus, and no skill is more valuable then being able to effectively break down an argument. My tutoring sessions with typically involve detailed question analysis, strategy breakdowns for each question type, lessons on formal logic, and help with planning a study schedule to maximize the time you are spending on the LSAT.
