My daughter has been working with Abigail for the past two months and as her grade went up, her anxiety went down. Last week she started a new unit in calculus but was was not as anxious, because she knew she had a session that evening with Abigail. The smile on her face when she came out of her room was telling. Sometimes it’s not just the math, but also the person who teaches it.

Excellent Geometry Tutor/Knowledge

I contacted Abigail to tutor my daughter in geometry for a big test she had the next day. She almost immediately messaged me back and we found a time that worked. She was extremely knowledgeable about geometry and was able to explain the concepts in a way that my daughter understood. She also drew out problems on a white board that my daughter was able to download to review again later and we got a link to a video of the session to also review again on our own. Her personality and teaching style were extremely professional and helpful. I highly recommend working with Abigail.

Reassuring and Knowledgeable Math Tutor

Abigail broke down math concepts into simple terms. For example she taught me how to solve for the radians of a unit circle using trigonometry and algebra. Explaining that radians are essentially an arc length. Refreshed my mind on how to solve exponential functions, and gave me a test taking strategy for double checking my answers for polynomial expressions. Brought to my attention how to use the information given in the problem to solve for what the question is asking. For example during a geometry problem we were given information for the surface area of a spherical ball and we needed to use it to solve for the volume. Abigail knows exactly what she's talking about. She meets you right where you are and I feel comfortable working with her.

Amazing physics tutor

Abigail tutored my son for an AP physics exam and it was an hour well spent. Abigail covered everything that my son requested and he said the hour flew by. He feels very confident in the material now thanks to Abigail.
