My music school was in Caguas, Puerto Rico where I am from. I obtained my bachelor's degree in music with a major in percussion in the Conservatory of Music of Puerto Rico. I had the privilege of having a position in the Puerto Rico Symphony Orchestra for many years. I played with the Caribe Hilton Orchestra and participated in many Zarzuelas, which are the Spanish/European counterpart of Musical Comedy. In Florida, I became adjunct professor of music in percussion for the College of Central Florida when it was still called CFCC. I played in their symphony orchestra and many other endeavors. I had played sometimes in the past with Kingdom of the Sun Orchestra with Mr. Less Munchaster. I also played in many musical comedy shows in the Hippodrome theater in Gainesville and The Ocala Civic Theater in Ocala, Florida. Some of the artists, conductors and musicians that I had the privilege to play with in the past include Mikhail Baryshnikov, Maria Callas, Luciano Pavarotti, Barry Manilow, The Supremes with Mary Wilson, The Stylistics, Joan Rivers and many, many others. Shows that I had the opportunity to play in the past include La Tosca, The Nutcracker, Many from Aron Copeland, Stravinsky, Beethoven, Tchaikovsky, musical comedy like 1940's Radio Hour, Grease, Oklahoma and much more.
I had a very exiting and interesting career. In the years that I have been in Florida since I was working as an adjunct only for the college I decided to do something completely different from what my life had been and went into law enforcement. I successfully combined both careers working as a law enforcement by day and as a musician by night and weekends. It is with my career in law enforcement that I acquired extensive experience with the Microsoft system to include Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access and Sway. I also have experience with Android, Mac OS, Linux, Mint and other Linux kernel systems.
