Hi! I'm Ashley and I am recent graduate from the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry. I earned my DDS in May 2025. I am very familiar with the pre-requisite courses for dental school, ranging from general chemistry and organic chemistry to biology, biochemistry, anatomy, and physiology. I know the process can be challenging so I am happy to help wherever I can, whether with apps, improving scores, or in subject courses. I scored in the 98th percentile on the DAT, with a 23 AA and 21 TS. I am also happy to help dental students seeking to expand their knowledge in the dental field, or seeking exam prep guidance.

I have tutored Algebra and Chemistry to students ages 14-21. I began tutoring one-on-one sessions in high school. This includes helping students with homework or providing supplemental material to enhance their skills. I like to provide alternate techniques to master the material including visuals and mnemonics. I find these helpful in understanding the material and applying it to real-life situations. In college, I found that I was most successful in courses when my professors provided various study techniques and tailored their approach to fit mine. I would like to do the same for my students to give them the best learning experience. I find it extremely helpful to introduce the material in an engaging and creative, yet meaningful fashion so as to understand its application to real life. Mathematics and Chemistry both play important roles in the healthcare field, whether to calculate appropriate measurements or even on the business aspect of owning a practice. I scored a 25 on each the QR, General Chemistry, and Organic Chemistry sections of the DAT, and would be happy to share my resources to help my students succeed.
