Jen helped my son prepare for a Mandarin test at school. He was very nervous. She patiently helped him revise the material, made sure he fully grasped it and really built his self-confidence! She was very calm and clear in her explanations - using both Mandarin and some (excellent) English to check that my son really understood the concepts. My son loved working with her very much! He will certainly reach out to her when he needs help with his Mandarin again. We highly recommend her!
