I spent 20 years in the military as a training instructor in many different capacities. Over the last five years, I taught at a fully accredited school that taught many leadership and teaching courses. I have spoken to many large groups of people and have no problem with impromptu speeches.
While in the military I routinely counseled individuals on what it would take to get promoted and what they should do before they became a civilian. I have spent a lot of time developing countless individuals and helped them achieve things they thought they could never do.
As an instructor, I have built multiple course with slideshows ranging to over 600 slides. I incorporate videos, sounds and pictures routinely to entertain my students.
