I completed my Masters in Applied Mathematics at FGCU in 2011 and taught there for 13 years.
I've also worked with my wife in our photography business (Neubek Photographers) since 2016.

Knowledgeable and Explanatory Tutor
We went over derivatives and he was very patient with me and took me step by step through everything. If u didn't understand it he "dumbed" it down to show me a simple version and explained how to use that for harder versions. He is extremely good with explaining and making real life scenarios so you'll understand better. I feel confident with derivatives and how to tackle them. Best tutor I could ever have.

Excellent teaching and communication
Matthew has a gift for teaching. Math can be a difficult subject for some students to grasp and I could tell that Matthew cares about his students true knowledge of the subject. His professionalism and confidence helped my HS son feel empowered as he started to really learn and understand the Math. I was impressed by the feedback my son gave me regarding his newly learned skills and knew right away that we had found a good matchance for his learning style.

Great tutor!
My daughter is very creative and math just isn't her thing! She went to her session pretty grouchy, but actually came out smiling! In her word's, "Matthew is the first math tutor I've worked with who didn't make me want to fall asleep or die!" That was music to my ears! :)
