Hi there! I’m Nate Reid — an experienced IT Senior Manager, university instructor, and lifelong learner who’s passionate about helping students gain clarity, confidence, and career-altering skills in tech and business.

I hold a Master’s in IT Management and a Bachelor’s in Health Information Management. I’m ITIL certified and a former Epic builder (OpTime/Anesthesia) with over 15 years in the IT field, leading teams in Fortune 500 environments, managing enterprise service operations, and driving process improvement initiatives using tools like ServiceNow, Power BI, and AI solutions. I bring real-world insights from managing MSP vendors, improving ITSM processes, and leading strategic transformation efforts.

I’ve taught college-level courses in IT, business, and healthcare management for over 6 years, working with students ranging from traditional undergraduates to working professionals. My teaching style is practical and personalized: I meet students where they are, break down complex topics into plain English, and build learning plans tailored to their goals.
