I am a native Italian speaker from Northern Italy with a degree in Economics and several years of experience teaching Italian to learners of all ages. In the United States, I currently tutor on line with Varsity Tutors, helping students from beginner to intermediate levels strengthen grammar, speaking, reading, and pronunciation. I also teach young children at Globetrotters Language Academy, where I create playful in person-lessons using stories, visuals, games, and movement-based activities to keep language learning fun and engaging. Having lived and taught in both Italy and the U.S., I bring an authentic, practical perspective on modern Italian language and culture.

My teaching style is patient, structured, and highly personalized. I believe that students learn best when they feel supported and motivated, so I tailor every lesson to each learner’s pace, goals, and interests. With younger students, I use creative methods that include songs, simple dialogues, and interactive exercises to build vocabulary and confidence. With teens and adults, I focus on clear explanations, real conversation practice, and practical examples drawn from daily Italian life, travel situations, and cultural topics. My goal is always to make Italian accessible, enjoyable, and meaningful.

Beyond formal instruction, I design custom materials such as illustrated stories, vocabulary cards, dialogues, and real-life scenarios to help learners feel connected to the language. I enjoy integrating cultural insights—traditions, food, expressions, and regional differences—to give students a deeper understanding of how Italian is used in real contexts. Students appreciate my friendly approach, my ability to simplify complex concepts, and my dedication to helping them progress with confidence and pride
