I hold a professional degree in Architecture and Urbanism from one of the most renowned universities in Brazil; I am a licensed architect in Brazil since 2009 and in the process of getting my license in the State of New York. Moreover, I've been working in the field of architecture and interior design for more than 15 years in NYC, Miami and abroad. I am also a LEED and LFA certified professional. Furthermore, when still in college, I successfully worked on an award winning academic research on Historical Architecture for 2 years and can coach you on how to develop a well structured, cohesive and interesting academic lecture or a persuasive work presentation. We all know that the Architecture journey is as glamorous as intense in school - and as a professional. Sometimes it can be very stressful and overwhelming. But there's hope! Straight to the point, by maximizing your time and financial investment, you can reach your goals faster and more efficiently, so together we'll prepare a plan that suits your needs. I actually had fun learning AutoCAD. In school I found myself getting bored easily and it being difficult to learn and to thought it was because it was virtually. But Fernanda is very patient and her knowledge made her an easy pick to assist me.

Knowledgeable, extremely helpful and patient tutor

Even though I was experiencing a troublesome internet connection today, Fernanda was patient and worked with me exceptionally well despite the constraints. She gave me incredible insights and provided me with resources to make my project more eco-friendly.
