With dual degrees in Math and Physics I understand the work necessary to achieve one's goals in these fields. I am devoted to helping my students realize their own goals by guiding them in proper habits and methodologies that are necessary for success.
I have taught on various levels of education -- ranging from Middle School through the University level. I am currently teaching Common Core aligned lessons at a Charter School in Brooklyn. I have experience in preparing engaging, standards-aligned lessons targeted at individual students. I have also tutored high school students in preparation for Regents exams, SAT's, etc. Furthermore, I have worked as a Supplemental Physics Instructor as well as a 1-1 content tutor for higher level University classes such as Multivariate Calculus and Linear Algebra.
My goals for each lesson is to keep the students challenged, but not overwhelmed by the material. Whether the interest is in regular sessions or preparing for a particular exam the work will be tailored to maximize the students learning potential.
