I have been immersed in the world of dance and movement for over 25 years, beginning my training at a young age in New Jersey and New York City, where I studied on full scholarship at Ballet Hispánico and earned a BFA in Dance. Along the way, I trained at several prestigious schools in NYC, performed in theaters across the tri-state area, and worked with world-renowned artists. My professional journey also includes performing at major events such as the Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade and for Antonio Banderas, experiences that gave me a deep understanding of both performance artistry and technical discipline. In addition to my dance training, I am a 200-hour certified yoga instructor, AED certified, and have developed expertise in blending yoga, barre, and Pilates into holistic classes.
Over the past decade, I have taught students of all ages and backgrounds, from young children discovering ballet for the first time to adults returning to movement later in life. My teaching style is inclusive and supportive—I believe it is never too late to begin dancing or moving your body, and I adapt my lessons to meet each student’s needs and goals. I have worked with complete beginners, intermediate-level students, and even couples preparing for their wedding dances. My approach combines classical technique with creative expression, mindful movement, and body awareness, ensuring students not only build strength and flexibility but also gain confidence and joy in their practice.
Whether teaching in studios, hotels, online, or in private one-on-one settings, I focus on making every lesson engaging and inspiring. I emphasize proper alignment, musicality, and artistry while creating a welcoming space for students to explore movement at their own pace. My goal is to empower students to connect with themselves through dance and fitness, guiding them with patience, encouragement, and a passion for the transformative power of movement.
