Helping people communicate and travel a little better

28 year old lawyer with a passion for learning languages. I first started tutoring people in English as a second language during my lunch breaks at work, yet pretty soon I discovered it was the perfect side job for me and from then on I worked during a couple of summers at local language school.

My favorite part about teaching and learning any language is how in the process we end up acquiring not only new language skills, but also a new cultural curiosity for said language. Between this and the possibility of simply being able to communicate better with more people around the world, languages have become a passion for me.

Currently studying French and Arabic.

Not only am I a native Spanish speaker, but as an attorney excellent grammar, writing and speech skills are a necessity in my field on a daily basis. All these skills were put to good use working as a judicial clerk during 4 years and also doubling as a legal translator.

On my spare time I occasionally write for local sports media and online blogs.

Having worked as a legal translator, specific attention to details in grammar, vocabulary, speech and writing context is one of my caveats. Previously I've tutored people of all ages in English, but most importantly students possessing very different of levels of language skills.

I love learning languages, not only do they allow us to communicate with more people, but also engage us to expand our culture and understanding of the world. I want to help you improve you communication skills! I know it can be hard, but as a fellow language learner I fully understand the challenges one faces as a student.
