Hello!!! My name is Manuel P., a cuban musician and music teacher. I have been living in Miami for one year and I love this city! I can teach you guitar, music theory and piano. I have been working as a music teacher for the past 17 years. I hold a Master's Degree from Oscar Lucero Moya University (Cuba) in Education Science and I have taught in pre- School, elementary, high school, and in university.
I have learned a wealth of knowledge about music curriculum, and I have been responsible for the development, introduction, and testing of my students. I am proficient in developing curriculum, introducing instruments, and evaluating children in their learning, as well as showing them how fun music can be. My educational background has equipped me for a career as a music teacher, and I have loved every minute of it. I am thoroughly dedicated, versatile in a number of instruments, and have much patience. I am sure that more sensitive and humane people are forged through music. As a researcher I wrote a beautiful book about the characteristics of the Arts Pedagogy and also I am a currently concertist with one musical production "El laud le canta a Cuba".
