Most students who struggle in math aren't bad at math. They're missing a few key building blocks, and every new topic stacks on top of those gaps. My method fixes that in three steps: Find, Fix, Prove. First, whether it's the basics or advanced material, I can pinpoint where your student is struggling within a few minutes of working together. Next, we fix those gaps step by step, until your student can solve problems on their own. Then we prove it on practice quizzes and tests before the real...

Then we prove it on practice quizzes and tests before the real one, so you see it in grades and scores, not promises.

Whether it's Algebra 1 and 2, Geometry, Precalculus, SAT Math or ACT Math, this is the process behind more than 10 years of teaching and more than 1,000 students. It has helped students prepare for their Algebra and Geometry EOCs in weeks instead of months, and raise their SAT Math scores by 120 to 190 points in about two months.

Families have rated us 5.0 stars across 112 Google reviews. They say we break hard concepts into simple steps, tailor every session to their child's weak spots, and build real confidence. They've written about math grades going from a C to an A, FAST scores climbing from a 2 to a 4, EOCs passed at Levels 4 and 5, and SAT scores reaching 1400.

I've taught middle and high school students one-on-one and in small groups at a learning center in Miami, and I now tutor online. I hold a B.S. in Neuroscience with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Miami, and I'm bilingual in English and Spanish. Send me your student's current score or grade and the next test date, and I'll tell you where I'd start.

Approved Subjects

ACT Math

ACT Math

ACT Math moves fast, about a minute per question, so the points usually come from fixing a few question types and the pacing, not from reviewing every topic again. I start by finding exactly which question types cost your student points, then we fix them one at a time and practice under real time limits. It's the same approach that has helped students raise their scores quickly and without having to spend months trying to figure out where they go wrong on the test. I'm a Florida math teacher with more than 10 years of experience, a B.S. in Neuroscience from the University of Miami, and I'm bilingual in English and Spanish.
Algebra 1

Algebra 1

Most students who struggle in Algebra 1 aren't bad at math; they're only missing a few foundational skills that prevent them from understanding new concepts and lessons. I find those missing Algebra skills in the first session, fix them step by step until your student can solve problems on their own, and prove it with practice quizzes and EOC-style questions before the real test. This approach has helped students prepare for the Algebra 1 EOC in weeks instead of months and bring their math grade from a C to an A. I'm a Florida math teacher with more than 10 years of experience and a B.S. in Neuroscience from the University of Miami, and I'm bilingual in English and Spanish.
Algebra 2

Algebra 2

Most students who struggle in Algebra 2 aren't bad at math; they're only missing a few foundational skills from Algebra 1 that prevent them from understanding new concepts and lessons. I find those missing skills in our first session, fix them step by step until your student can solve problems on their own, and prove it with practice quizzes before every test. This approach has helped students bring their math grade from a C to an A and build real confidence in math. I'm a Florida math teacher with more than 10 years of experience and a B.S. in Neuroscience from the University of Miami, and I'm bilingual in English and Spanish.
Geometry

Geometry

Most students who struggle in Geometry aren't bad at math; they're only missing a few foundational skills that prevent them from understanding proofs, shapes and formulas. I find those missing Geometry skills during our first session, fix them step by step until your student can solve problems on their own, and prove it with practice quizzes and EOC-style questions before the real test. Students I've worked with have passed the Geometry EOC at Levels 4 and 5, including a student who was still learning English. I'm a Florida math teacher with more than 10 years of experience and a B.S. in Neuroscience from the University of Miami, and I'm bilingual in English and Spanish.
SAT Math

SAT Math

Going over everything again rarely moves an SAT Math score, because the test keeps asking the same small set of question types and most students lose points on just a few of them. I start with a full practice test to find exactly which question types cost your student points, then we fix them one at a time and track the score on timed practice tests before test day. This approach has helped students raise their SAT Math scores by 120 to 190 points in a matter of weeks and reach 700 and above. I'm a Florida math teacher with more than 10 years of experience preparing students for the SAT, a B.S. in Neuroscience from the University of Miami, and I'm bilingual in English and Spanish.
