I led study groups in biology, anatomy, physiology, chemistry, and psychology. In anatomy lab, working with cadavers and models, I helped classmates tackle one of the most challenging courses. I shared study techniques and helped break down complex structures, ensuring everyone could grasp the material.
My approach is centered on active recall, asking questions, and encouraging students to explain concepts back to me. I adjust to each student’s pace, ensuring deep understanding. Beyond academics, I’ve worked as a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant and Ophthalmic Technician. I’m also preparing for optometry school and have extensive admissions test experience. During my time in college I also volunteered with elementary school children, helping with foundational subjects such as math and science.
I thrive as a communicator and leader, whether one-on-one or in groups. I’m patient, adaptable, and ready to help students reach their goals!
